Paper trading

A new Early warning or upgrade to Strike reported attempts one CL entry immediately when tradable, with a 3% stop and no timed exit. An existing position blocks another entry. Every alert, entry and skipped trade is sent to Telegram. Repeated assessments of the same active alert do not create another order.

Verified UKMTO first-attack reports retain their separate one-MCL strategy and existing exit rules. Updates, repeats and signals older than 15 minutes cannot open a new trade.
